We really like ththe look it gives to the abbove ground pond with the nice hypertufa finish.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;About the wood rotting, it hasn&amp;#39;t yet at my parents house. It&amp;#39;s been there for years now and still holding strong. Could it rot over time, probably. What people could do is use pressure treated wood, this would last a long time....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anonymous,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for working time I would suggest working with hypertufa on a cool day and not too hot. If it&amp;#39;s boiling out it would dry fast.
